When art meets true geeks

Some real true geeks had a fabulous idea: they tried to make electronic components as simple as Lego. If you can recognise three colors you'll be able to build any electronic circuits. You don't need to take your soldering iron because the pre-engineered circuit boards are ended by magnets! It's hard to figure out how this thing can work. But littlebits (the name of this project) will teach you how you will be able to play with this toy. I understand that now electronics is not anymore in the hands of the big players and their R&D team but thanks to littlebits we, all, will be able to create electronic artwork!

Ayah Beird, the inventor of this geeky piece of art made a video to explain how it works because I'm sure that I haven't been really clear. Even in french I would have had some difficulties:
